What is Healthy Cities?
A sustainability project Bupa has been promoting since 2015 with the aim of promoting healthy lifestyles among people and contributing to the creation of healthier and more sustainable environments in our cities.
Join our challenge, together with companies and citizens of Chile, Spain, Mexico and Poland walking 6,000 steps a day.
If we succeed, the Bupa Group (Sanitas, Bupa Chile, Bupa Mexico and Luxmed) will invest in urban regeneration and reforestation projects in Spain, Poland, Chile and México.
In addition, you will receive proposals to take care of yourself and the planet. Because we believe people's health is linked to the health of our environment.
